Went through a rebranding and the entire “culture” changed. Went to a call center format that was completely a disaster. Launched the call center as a secret to their clients and let their front line workers clean up the mess. I never heard “pivot” so much in my life. As they poorly executed the change from being personalized CSS to a call center, left the front line workers to clean up the mess with mandated 10+ hours a day, but would not listen to the front line workers advise to clean it up. They lost all their loyal employees, clients, etc. it was good while it lasted, distasteful ending. Also was randomly selected to change my hours from 8-5 to 2-10pm with a weeks noticed without any end date in sight.
