Pros

none. PERIOD there are no pros to working here if you even remotely love yourself

Cons

everything. They put you in extreme dangerous conditions working 60 hours a week and when you get your weekly paycheck it's only about $800. They also made me work all weekend in another state and forced me to drive there while I was extremely tired and falling asleep at the wheel. The guy that was with me didn't care and kept forcing me to drive. Please if you're graduating from school soon and are thinking to yourself "Oh I can handle this, the others were just lazy" (which is what I thought coming out of school) you're wrong! The company is a death trap and designed for you to not only fail, but go insane. I lost 30 pounds working there for only 1.5 months because they didn't let me eat on schedule and we only got 15 minute lunch breaks. Please I'm begging you don't do it to yourself especially if you're a degree holder. I promise it'll not be worth it.

Pros

As a company, PTO time is available from the start (granted you hit your 90 day), and it makes it really flexible to plan ahead. There are a ton of opportunities to shadow, and learn new roles as long as you speak up. Mentorship, and being able to use your voice is huge. It gives entry level people the ability to really establish themselves.

Cons

There is not enough movement on the ground in establishing new oss accounts so it can be difficult to advance in the region you are currently in if you are unable to move. Overall, upper management in their regions have too much going on / on their plate. It is difficult to understand their vision because of infrequent comunication - lots of missed opportunities to delegate and have open communication to make the whole management team flow better.
