Theres SO much that is pro working at Tyndale they truly do value their workers the management team for the 2nd shift (David and Diamond) are some of the best Supervisor's and Manager's ive worked for

Pay False work life balance Pretending to care about your growth but will keep you stagnant to stay in a low paying role Rules and goals change all the time and most be strictly followed Disregard employee feedback Seniority valued over work results When I first started working here it was a great work environment that wants you to grow and cared about your well being. Management was great! Ever since there was the change in leadership at the top and Rob W took over everything changed. Most employees hate their jobs now because even if you do a great job and have the highest reviews management will still make you feel like crap. You can never do enough. I have had great reviews and achieved great results and in 4 years I have not received one promotion. And lastly the pay is awful compared to the other companies.
