      Pros

      Great company. Small enough to care about the individual while big enough to compete with other companies in salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the upper managers are horrible to work with or for. One in particular is on a power trip.

      To say the least, they provide jobs for people.

      Cons

      Every person we have worked with at this company has been rude and untrustworthy. They are slumlords just trying to make quick grant money. There is no passion or respect in their work ethic. It's painfully obvious, to a third party, that the company culture is terrible. Every employee seems to be miserable and just passes that on to each interaction with the vendors they contract with. There are people at my company who refuse to work with this company for a reason.
