      Some great workers There are a few people without authority that do the right thing

      In summary; unless conceived by co-founder, if it adds any upfront cost, it's not going to happen regardless of the long term benefits (penny wise, dollar foolish) Horrible top management No communication Verbal abuse of employees Favoritism of specific employees No Human Resources support No top management support No investing in employees Unethical practices Not open to solutions

      Pros

      A dynamic environment and an involved management that encourages participation and provides plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Fair work hours and very reasonable vacation policies. Bottom line, a great workplace.

      Cons

      There is not really much bad that I can say about PCS Wireless. For me, the commute was a little long, but if you live close enough - not a problem.

      Pros

      Abe was a wonderful role model, he would push you to think out of teh box, and drive success by empowering you and guiding you to success.

      Cons

      Terrible environment, terrible management. They see employees as garbage, treat employees poorly. Need permission for everything you do that is considered a basic right, they would change business hours to 7AM to 12AM shift, and if you show up late after a month of working on that schedule you are berated. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
