Want complete control of employees and treat them like children regardless if you do your job and go above & beyond to make sure things are correct. Management doesn't know how to train properly and the motto is "fake it until you make it". CPA likes to harass employees and most of the people you work with or assist are white trash or rednecks. Toxic environment at some DCs like Denver, and they sweep HR issues under the rug, like people claiming to be Nazis. Be prepared to work with people that discriminate. They want to be the next Amazon, well treating employees like crap is one way to be like them. Couldn't even get my name right on termination papers.
