Low stress Free breakfast on Fridays Half day work from home the day before a holiday Finally have started to improve the PTO policy.
Cons
Company is run by old white guys who have attitudes stuck in the 1970s. Absolutely not progressive at all. Women and minorities will not succeed at all. Nothing considers the employee, only the bottom line. Benefits are terrible, there is no retirement at all; they will let you buy shares in the company, so basically, put your money back in the company. They do allow work from home, but it's frowned upon, they want to see you in the office because they presume if they can't watch you, like a small child, you are goofing off. Very much an old boys club, if you are favored, you will be fine. They have a management program where they hire people in with the promise they will be management soon, which sends a clear message to the people already there - promotion is beyond your reach. There is no HR department, so if you have an issue, you're supposed to go to your manager. If your issue is your manager, you are out of luck. No salary increases at all; you get cost of living (very minimal) and that's it.
