Pros
This is a company that truly cares about its employees and looks after them. I worked in an international department, and the treatment was always exceptional, with professionalism and respect at all times. The projects I worked on were extremely interesting, allowing me to interact with different cultures and countries around the world, which was a truly enriching experience.
My direct managers were also outstanding professionals who always maintained an excellent attitude. They made a genuine effort to listen to and adapt to the team’s needs, fostering a positive, relaxed, and very pleasant work environment.

Cons
It may be difficult to get promoted within the company, which is understandable given its global presence and relatively static organizational structure. However, opportunities do arise from time to time.
