-The biggest issue for me is that one of our values is honesty, but it is expected that hide the truth, not only from the client, but also from the internal client success teams to prevent upper management escalation. You are expected to suppress information with the threat of reprimand if you don't comply -During busy times you may work everyday, for a month straight, including weekends without a break -You are encouraged to take vacation by C-suite, but lower levels of management will discourage you and give bad reviews if you use it (due to staffing shortages) -Management is aware that staffing shortages cause client and employee dissatisfaction, but do nothing to correct the issue -Management constantly makes empty promises and "dangles the carrot", especially with regard to staffing shortage issues -Lower level management is not willing to escalate issues that would address client and employee dissatisfaction

With the acquisition of Wipro, Ensono has gone from a sorry state to pathetic as proportion of so-called leaders(who don't know the job) has increased and few people to do the work and they keep hiring more friends and making them leaders. Typical Private Equity company. Jam new clients in with no training to staff. High stress, high workload. No breaks. Low pay. Firing many US/Europe employees and moving jobs to India. Their bottom line is everything, employees are disposables. Work here if you're desperate for a job. Discerning and smart employees have long moved on.
