      Pros

      Lot's of resources for recruiters to find candidates, culture is fairly classic with goals and commissions that are realistic and motivating. Personally the team is very enjoyable to work with and they try hard to help each other out. My manager is not a micromanager at all.

      Cons

      It's a sales environment with commissions so you have to be on the phones and constantly messaging. If you are slacking it will be obvious. It is not for everyone which is true for all jobs and industries. Recruiting is hard and gets a bad rap.
