      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow within the organization. Leadership is always looking at ways to allow me to advance my knowledge and career. Culture! Culture! Culture! First company that I have worked for that truly care about there employees and they want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Pay structure is a little lower then normal but the culture and life balance makes up for the this.
