Pros

Great team, great individuals, most of leadership is extremely kind & understanding

Cons

The software offers show their age, should focus on improvement of key systems rather than creating/maintaining underperforming products or creating new ones

Pros

The transformation within our business unit these past few years has re-enthused me about our company’s future and direction. Leadership has found the means to inspire without micro managing. I feel I am connected with an organization that values me as a contributor. I look forward to my continued employment with Etactics and the opportunity to grow with the company.

Cons

The revenue cycle vertical is challenging for any new employee joining the team. It takes a minimum of 18 months to feel comfortable with the value proposition of our solutions.
