Pros

Door to door helped my communications skills tramendously. I was able to create a team and manage them.

Cons

Highly motivating at times with minimal results. You only can make money when the sales team sells your leads

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that many of your concerns were welcomed to be expressed to the HR Team during your employment with us. In 2018, the compensation structure has been modified to be more rewarding to our field marketers so that their income is not solely dependent upon our closers. By no means is our business closed off to learning and advancement. Growth is encouraged and opportunities are available for qualified, professional, and motivated candidates who have proven track records of success. Good luck on your future endeavors.

Pros

good lower management, friendly first name basis, high quality products.

Cons

Low pay and commission and bonus plan need to be worked over. Management gets the lions share while people that get the business to the bottom line are over looked.

Pros

Honestly non. This place is a huge scam. They don’t tell you exactly what your job is until you’re out on the field. They make you go door to door in the blistering heat and stop at a gas station for lunch... u get paid minimum wage But if u don’t make ur sales then you have to pay the minimum wage back?! You’re literally working for free and they try to give you some motivational speech about making money but it’s all just a pyramid scheme. Would never take this company serious or recommend it to anybody. Just go be a server somewhere and make real money

Cons

Everything this place is not worth it or your time
