Pros

Pay is decent for the area and benefits are acceptable.

Cons

Toxic work environment overall. Many coworkers are difficult to work with, unprofessional, and contribute to a negative atmosphere. Management does little to address these issues, which allows the culture to continue. Policies are applied inconsistently, and communication from leadership is often unclear or misleading. HR is not always helpful when concerns are raised. Overall, it creates a stressful and frustrating place to work. Equipment is old. If you enjoy being covered in pesticides then its the place for you.

Colleagues and team environment — Fantastic people! Collaborative, helpful, and friendly across regional teams. Strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect — it made daily work enjoyable. Positive company culture — Inclusive, professional, and focused on employee well-being. Good emphasis on work-life balance, employee engagement activities (social committees, sustainability initiatives), diversity, and a supportive atmosphere. Feels like a place that values its people. Competitive pay and benefits — Above-average compensation for the role/level, solid benefits package (health, allowances, etc.), and fair recognition of performance. No major complaints on rewards. Work-life balance — Flexible arrangements, reasonable hours, and understanding management make it easier to manage personal life alongside work. Regional exposure — Interesting APAC, Americas, and EMEA scope, meaningful projects, and opportunities to contribute at a global level.

Cons

Occasional bureaucracy in larger processes (common in multinationals), but nothing major.
