      Growing pains but moving in the right direction.

      * Unlimited Vacation * Smart people who create great things for incredible customers. * Focus on creating a better employee experience. * Focus on the future of the business.

      Cons

      There's no shortage of challenges at Faithlife. As many have written about at length on Glassdoor, Faithlife has gone through quite a transformation over the past 5 years. As a result, the culture of Faithilfe is fractured and it's a tension you can feel. For some, experience and great intuition hold the keys to future success. For others, data and a more scientific, measured approach will guide us to success. These are often at odds with each other. This holds true across the company whether it's how HR shapes the employee experience, how we develop products and go to market with them.

      Pros

      Employees have a strong by-in to the vision and mission of the company. Faithlife has been good about expanding benefits. There is a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The move from a smaller company to a larger one is not without its challenges. There have been growth pains in terms of focus, career development, and structure.
