      Pros

      I was with FedEx for 6 years and worked with a great team of people.

      Cons

      I started after one of the last cost of living increases, and pay rates were frozen for a while before they were decreased. It took the rest of my time with the company to get back to where I'd started when I was hired.

      Pros

      I always feel I'm treated fairly and with respect. FedEx values diversity, which I love. Almost all of my managers have been smart, helpful, and hands-off.

      Cons

      Because we have integrated numerous acquired companies, our IT infrastructure is somewhat fractured.
