      Pros

      We have a great culture, give back to the community, and have very generous PTO; also, the other benefits are great! The training program is comprehensive, and management is supportive. You don't have to have experience as long as you truly care about helping people.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher but the great management and culture make up for it.

      Pros

      I enjoy how I always have the opportunity to learn. The environment I am in has a good pace, while still giving me the chance to be busy. They usually promote from inside the organization.

      Cons

      Some of the locations are pretty busy. Sometimes some of the procedures are vague, and the technology fails plenty.
