      Smart, kind colleagues that all care about the work Inspiring mission Flexibility New CEO/COO have a direction No toxicity

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general

      Pros

      Flatiron has gone through some changes but I think we are finally getting things right. With Nathan Hubbard moving to CEO and new focus on the areas of the business that we the best in class in I feel good about where we are headed. Everyone at Flatiron is intelligent, kind, and mission oriented. It has been my favorite place to work throughout my 10 year career.
