      Worked with a lot of smart people. Got to work on a massive scale for the first time. It was a challenging but rewarding experience

      Cons

      I do not have any major downsides of flipkart except that it needs to do more to ensure that employees are satisfied with the work environment. Perhaps that has changed now.
