Frontier health has provided me and my family with a stable income. Frontier health is a clean and drug free environment and I have felt at home here.

Cons

There in no room for moving up or advancing in a career at frontier health. Not a good pay grade for credentials

Pros

I enjoy helping people with mental disabilities. I enjoy my co workers. Somewhat flexible schedule. Success of clients is a big plus to see. It confirms why I do what I do

Cons

Unpredictable and not very flexible when you have children. A lot more than job duties are expected but then your criticized for doing more than your job. Never really given great guidance.

Meager pay Toxic and hostile work environment Upper management "mean girls" who make fun of stellar former employees in front of current employees Favoritism among upper management (their friends get jobs they aren't qualified for) Upper management listens to complaints and commiserates but does not do anything about it and then says they've never heard anything about it when confronted by HR. No raises in the last two years, but increased workload with no incentive to keep up the good work Training sucks Upper management participates in employee shaming when they make mistakes GOSSIP, GOSSIP, GOSSIP!
