      Dictator CEO who think he always knows best

      - Catered lunches - Incredibly smart and diverse group of people working here

      Cons

      - CEO is stubborn and holds all power. Doesn't let even the other 3 cofounders have an opinion. - No business or sales experience between the founders or COO. - The COO is a joke and watches YouTube videos all day in his office. - Load is not distributed well and always falls on the same handful of people. - Poor location - shopping cart and RV fires regularly on the sidewalk in front of the office.

      Dog friendly office and staff.

      Cons

      Not responsive at interview stage. Didn't give any feedback after the first few rounds of interviews and stopped communicating without any follow up response. Unprofessional attitude.
