Pros

Highly competitive salaries, paid leave, dental, vision, medical insurance options as well as options for life insurance, hospital and accident insurance at a reasonable cost. Great core group of people that work hard to support their colleagues who are direct/billable on Federal contracts. Everyone works well together and the work environment is a fun place to be.

Cons

GAP has no control over the instability and DOGE-era cuts being experienced in their industry and yet they appear to be managing through that chaos very well overall.

Pros

In a very challenging year within the Government services industry, GAP Solutions has been steadfast in commitments, transparency, and communication with employees. There have been a lot of contract cuts in the public health agencies, and while GAP has seen some reductions, the HQ support staff clearly makes a conscious effort work through policy adjustments and has consistently been very communicative with our employees. Likewise customers have noted that the GAP HQ support team is much more interactive with our staff than our competitors (particularly those at NIH and CDC). They have been noticing that GAP proactively communicates information, which has been extremely helpful given restrictions that have been in place for outgoing communications from Government employees. This approach has been advantageous to both employees and customers as GAP has been able to manage through challenges and keep stable workforce in place to support our customer missions. I'm definitely proud to be a part of this team.
