GMR leadership is heavily focused on continual improvement of the culture within the company. I have worked at AMR for nearly 24 years and I can honestly say I am beyond excited to see that the leadership all the way to the top of the organization is focused on taking care of our employees.

Cons

GMR is a huge company and so there will always be a bit of bureaucracy that you have to put up with.

The crews I worked with are top notch. Stanislaus County offers an abundance of accessible, relevant, training opportunities outside of the required certifications. Their management team invests a great deal into the wellbeing of their employees.

Cons

This is not a company *con, it's a personal one. The distance to operations is a little over 100 miles round trip for me.
