Pros

Some solid coworkers at the location level who do their best to keep things running despite the environment.

Cons

This job expects you to take full ownership of a location, operations, customer experience, logistics all while being paid well below what that level of responsibility should command. Long hours, last-minute changes, and constant pressure are the norm, but there’s no real incentive structure or support to match it. The biggest issue is leadership at the regional level. There’s a clear and consistent disconnect between what is expected of frontline employees and what leadership actually seems to understand about the job. Decisions and directives often ignore staffing realities and day-to-day workflow, which leads to unnecessary stress and inefficient operations. There’s also an excessive focus on appearance and optics, while real operational and safety concerns take repeated escalation before they’re even acknowledged. Issues that should be handled immediately end up lingering far longer than they should, which says a lot about priorities. Communication is top-down and reactive. Instead of collaboration or problem-solving, it often feels like directives are handed down without much thought to how they impact the people actually doing the work. You’re expected to figure it out, regardless of whether the situation makes sense. Morale takes a hit quickly in this environment. Good employees are asked to do more and more with little return, while leadership behavior that wouldn’t be tolerated in most workplaces is allowed to continue. It ends up feeling like the people making the worst decisions are the ones staying and advancing, while the people actually doing the work burn out or leave.

Pros

Cheap employee rentals and commission

Cons

This company purposely understaffed at every location that they have so they don’t have to have that many people on payroll. You will spend sometimes time all day driving delivering cars annd cleaning and picking up cars to different hotels or locations 1 to 2 or even three hours away. You can’t use your PTO until you commit your life to this company for a year which is beyond insane considering that life happens there’s lots of favoritism and you’re doing majority of the work building the CEOs dream. This job can get so exhausting. You may be scheduled 9 to 5 but you may not get off till 730 or eight. There’s lots of micromanaging which can literally drive you insane and lots of passive aggressiveness. These people literally will say verbally it’s profit over people. They don’t really care about you if I could give this company zero stars I would. A lot of people this company don’t have an identity outside of their management role, which is why this whole job becomes who they are and they can get very nasty. for a company that makes millions of dollars every year and has almost A list celebrities as their clientele the amount of commission you give your employees is poor and greedy .. 0.0035%

Pros

For anyone in the private aviation industry, you will build lots of connections if you put yourself out there. You will gain exposure to a lot of different skill sets and can use this job to gain a massive foothold almost anywhere else

Cons

Pay is garbage, and wait till you hear about raises and benefits... Raises do not exist unless given to your entire location, did I mention there aren't solid benefits too? Medical and Dental coverage together cost as almost double what a Fubo subscription is worth and they don't match your retirement. There is zero work life balance, schedules are not set and 12-13 days are routine at certain locations. Since 2024 the company has undergone dramatic changed and newer management staff has created many problems: Newer management is completely unwilling to listen to any employees Newer management is unwilling to work, resulting in employees picking up their slack Newer management is unable to to perform basic tasks to the same degree as entry level employees management and corporate staff have a nasty habit of being belittling toward their employees and anytime this behavior is called out, it will be met with writeups/termination on the spot. At the same time, employees who don't show up to work or cannot do their job while at work are promoted aggressively. The company has completely lost sight of the vision instilled in all of us by Kaye Gitibin
