      Good coworkers to work with, everyone's nice

      Cons

      Mostly this position will be endless sales and based on luck. If you are not interested in doing this, that will be a torture. And they fire immediately if you cannot close any deals, which was basically based on luck!

      Easy to get through interviews

      Cons

      The managers walk around like they run town. There is a steep learning curve and certain managers will get mad at new comers for not understanding. Use it as a filler job and move on

      Managers trust you and are not overbearing.

      Cons

      The bonus structure for the BDA role could be better. Base salary is the same as other SDR/BDR roles, but the bonus is significantly less.
