      Pros

      I've only been here a few months, but it feels like home already. Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful. And they truly care about making Gurobi the best it can be. It has the energy of a startup, with the stability of a well-established company. That's a pretty great combination.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. The leadership is proactive about making improvements whenever there's something that needs attention---to the point where I don't know something even needed fixed until it's already been fixed! =)
