Pros

I loved working at Hopebridge. Management was incredible and BCBAs were very supportive. Fellow RBTs also helped so much and made the day easier to get through.

Cons

When you are freshly an RBT (and I mean literally.. the day after you pass) you are thrown into subbing if there isn't a caseload ready for you. It can be extremely overwhelming for someone who just passed their exam.

Pros

Coming from another large corporation, I have learned a lot during my time with Hopebrige. Hopebridge allows freedom and independence when programming socially significant goals. I love working at Hopebridge and my cons are very minor things. Advice to senior management are ways to improve already great systems set up.

Cons

Clinical oversight is limited. Assent training is not included, but there's a push for SBT, which I think can be confusing. Paperwork is a lot.
