The company offers numerous career development opportunities and fosters a positive, collaborative environment. Being part of the back office gives me the freedom to manage my lunch breaks, and I continuously benefit from valuable learning experiences that support both my personal and professional growth.

Cons

One challenge is that the 5 PM end time can make it difficult to attend personal appointments scheduled after work hours.
