Thanks for sharing your review. The diversity of our teams in backgrounds, experiences, and skills is one of the things I appreciate most about ICF too. While ICF offers many avenues to explore growth opportunities, we recognize that it can be hard to decide where to start within a large organization made up of 9,000 employees across 75+ global offices. Impact Conversations are a great way for employees to have meaningful discussions throughout the year with their managers about their career goals and aspirations. ---LL
