None I could see but some people may find some.

Cons

They are cheap. They underbid other contractors then pay their employees very little to keep the cost down. They also nickle and dime on overhead such as buying office supplies, computers and other equipment.

Will never work here and hiring practices need to be reviewed.

Applied for a senior role; received a call and asked what my salary requirement would be because based on my experience I was probably looking for more than they wanted to pay, but if we could come to an agreement it would be great because I had great experience. In the DC area for almost 20 years experience, they want to pay less than $90K. They may want to define what they consider "competitive pay" on their web page and/or stop underbidding work to win the contract and then expect others to bail them out.
