      1. Work Life Balance is strong and promoted well 2. Company Culture 3. Mgmt. that actively promotes autonomy while fostering team and individual goals 4. perfect middle ground between large 1000+ employee company and start up. You dont feel like a number 5. On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

      Great co-workers, great benefits, free lunch! Competitive and fast paced environment. Travel can be fun but exhausting at times.

      Cons

      Not necessarily cons but this is a job where you need to work hard. Hours can be long so this is not the job for you if you are expecting an easy 8 hour work day.
