      -Strong leadership that’s involved but not overbearing -High level of ownership — you’re trusted to run your projects -Good team culture, people step up and support each other -Exposure to real projects, not just theory

      Growth comes with high expectations, so it’s not a low-effort environment. Communication and processes can still improve as the company scales.

      Great company to work for. They care about their employees. They have great goals and will probably accomplished them. The pay is great as well. They give you a car to take home. That's awesome

      Getting fired. I wish i was working there again.
