      Pros

      - Culture: they have lots of fun events, and also focus on giveback events which is really nice to see - Focus on growth: my manager seems open to giving me opportunities to learn and develop. - People: everyone is so nice and helpful, if you ever have any questions people are ready to answer or point you in the right direction - Hybrid: appreciate that my position is hybrid (2 days onsite) so gives me flexibility!

      Cons

      I haven't come across too many drawbacks, it is a global company so dealing with the time change when working through a problem can make the resolution longer.

      Pros

      Incredible Management on the security side at the time of this writing. Great at enabling employees, technical manager and team to share questions and ideas to move sales forward. Large DDI customer base which makes it easy to get meetings and pitch additional security add ons. Product is the best, speaks for itself if you can get a prospect to give it a test drive.

      Cons

      A lot of competitors in the DNS Security space. Increased competition from SASE vendors.

      Great People, Engaging Work, and Occasional Late Hours

      Great learning opportunities – Exposure to interesting projects and modern tech stacks that help you grow your engineering skills. Supportive team culture – Teammates are collaborative and willing to help when needed. Strong benefits package – Good health benefits, wellness programs, and employee resources. Inclusive environment – The company invests in diversity, inclusion, and creating a welcoming workplace.

      Cons

      Work–life balance can be challenging – Frequent cross–time‑zone collaboration leads to early morning or late‑evening meetings. At times, meeting load can interrupt focus time and reduce productivity.
