Definitely one of the best companies I’ve worked for in my career. Truly innovative and focused on delivering real client value rather than just selling hopes and dreams. I worked in their largest markets, and the culture was strong while also making an effort to include smaller markets in company events and strategy.

Cons

Two cons. 1. As a company they are on the leading edge of innovation, especially in GenAI so you had to keep up. Not a culture for coasters. 2. Saw a couple high-performing employees get recruited away by clients. Not a con because they were super talented.
