You don't get paid right away. 100% commission. If you don't have a insurance license with them they make you get a license on your own time and own money they don't pay for the training.

No resources given for help, constantly asked to over perform with no credit or recognition, the executives do not care for our department. Toxic culture of frat bros and no respect for work-life balance.

A lot of freedom to set your own hours

Cons

You’ll be selling mortgage protection insurance, which is commonly known as an insurance scam. Many of these other ratings are fake. They’ll hype things up like you’re going to make $200,00+ a year, but they’ll choke you to death on fees, etc. The best employees are the ones who don’t care taking advantage of less fortunate members of society.
