Pros

During my time at InsureOne, I gained valuable experience and had the opportunity to work with some dedicated colleagues.

Cons

With the recent change of upper management this posed a few challenges and the overall work environment affected my experience. Firstly, the upper management often lacked clear communication and direction. This sometimes led to confusion about the company goals and priorities, making it difficult for teams to stay aligned and productive. Which caused uncertainty among employees. Furthermore, the work environment could be improved . At times , the atmosphere felt quite stressful, which impacted overall morale.

Pros

It is job. They hire without experience or knowledge of the industry. Bonus points for Spanish speakers.

Cons

Computers are constant issue. KPIs are set with no consideration of reports being accurate. No consideration for designations or advancement in the field with real training.
