      Trying to save money by eliminating jobs and shifts. Timecard system is annoying. 30 min lunch with a 10 hour shift is to short. No sick or vaca it is all PTO.

      great culture, leans on doing things differently, great teachers, and great work life balance

      work pace can be very fast so if you are not giving it your all you could see yourself falling behind
