Great benefits, and the home office team is amazing

Cons

Depending on your role upper management will micromanage you into the ground, and essentially bully you into doing things their way. There is no consistency in management.

Pros

Great benefits. Pay employees well. Lots of perks and branded swag. Well known I’m the auto industry.

Cons

Thy already have in mind who they want to see succeed and if you don’t “fit” their criteria you won’t have any longevity with the company. Poor diversity for women and people of color and it will never change because of their mindset.

Great company to be with (aside from the cons below). Amazing benefits, including a retirement package second to none.

Cons

Depending on your position, there can be extensive travel, this can mean being away from home early Monday morning to midnight Friday, after which you may have several hours of work to complete. There is a distinct culture here and it can be hard to adjust when you’re on the road and used to working alone. The onboarding process left a bit to be desired.
