Decent management, they leave you alone if you produce, as it should be. Always inventory in stock.
Cons
Pay plan is less than market/national average, but this is somewhat justified by the best inventory in the state. So you must sell more units. Management has been there forever, so unlike most car dealers, there is little room for advancement here
