Transparent Organization, where the best approach wins
Pros
I have worked both in small organizations and big corporates and personally, working in a start-up has lots of advantages over bigger orgs. Some of the pros I noticed with KPI-Ninja are as follows, 1. Open working environment - You can reach out to practically anyone in the organization including the directors and CEO-COO for any work or roadblocks. This not only fastens the process but also makes it easy to work. 2. Lots of room for learning and improvement - Being a start up, you get to learn a lot in terms of technology and the organizations is flexible enough to adapt any changes quicker. So adapting new technologies is faster. Also there is a lot that you can contribute to and improve in the process and products and best alternatives are always welcomed. KPI Ninja also promotes learning new technology a lot and they make sure not only of organization growth but also employee's personal growth. 3. Recognition of work - Being a smaller organization, the work you do is recognized by everyone and it reaches the management, unlike in bigger organizations. 4. Supportive and Open Management - One of the most important aspect of choosing a company is management. KPI Ninja has really nice management team and they are more of solution/outcome oriented rather than being micro managers. This helps you keep a peace at mind while working and as far as you deliver your objectives, no one will ever bother you. If there are roadblocks, everyone helps you figure out a way to overcome them. 5. Considerate towards employees: All the teams are really nice and considerate towards the employees. 6. Free hand for creativity: All the folks really bother about the work done and you have a free hand to use any approach you want to get the work done. There are very few restrictions in terms of technology and process to stop you from using your creativity. Other than all these, company has a good vision in BI space and has good momentum in the market. I am fortunate that I am one of the stones in the foundation of this Org.
