      Pros

      Depending on your role, you can work hybrid or remote. It's nice to have the flexibility to work remote, especially when your coordinating with people across multiple states. Leadership, including the CEO, is sincerely interested in feedback and conducts check in surveys and focus groups to see how the company can improve.

      Cons

      Any cons I can think of I've mentioned to leadership internally. I don't want to publish a concern on GD that may be a non-issue by the time someone reads this.

      Pros

      -Healthy, positive work atmosphere. -Good work-life balance. -Management gives you the freedom to work, offering guidance when needed without micromanaging. -It's a young and growing company, so the roadmap for the future is being created by today's team. It's an exciting time to work here.

      Cons

      -It's a young company that's still working to define the roles of the team (a pro for some) which can at times leave you wondering who to turn to for answers.

      Pros

      Working for a young company like this is some of the most challenging and rewarding work I've ever done. The business truly believes that people are their biggest asset and it reflects in how they interact with their staff every day.

      Cons

      As mentioned, they are a young company. There are not a lot of clear cut policies and procedures as of now. For me that's part of what I enjoy, creating best practices. Might not be for those who like daily clear cut things to do as of yet. Will be better organized in the near future for sure.
