Upper management is insisting on an aggressive return-to-office plan despite having been successful with remote and hybrid work throughout the pandemic, citing "the need for face to face collaboration" even though most IT teams are geographically dispersed, and developers spend half their time on Teams meetings regardless of whether they are in office or remote.
