      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

      Cons

      My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.

      -You have to keep track of your time and billable hours -company does not have annual in person workshops as other remote companies do to meet coworkers

      Kranz offers great flexibility in work schedules. Good pay, nice benefit package, many training opportunities!

      Cons

      There are some down times waiting for a new client, but training is available in those down times.
