Pros
-Generally open dialogue and tone across the board
-Company with clearly defined culture and goals, most team members and especially leadership clearly buy in and drive enthusiasm for those goals.
-Rapidly successful ever changing company. Rapid Growth
-Clear, optimistic future. I have faith and enthusiasm for our leadership and company at large.
-Good pay, good benefits. bonuses and incentives are clearly all merit based, extra rewards all feel earned and very attainable. rewards and support are more than fair, very generous.
-They clearly want to take care of their company, their facilities, their staff. They do right by their people.
-They will hire and fire based on core values and compatibility with company culture. Helps with the general quality control of the work place. People want to be here, people are sincere and have genuine buy in to the company in general.
-very positive business outlook. I do no fear for my job generally, management is clearly strong and effective. I have full faith in leadership at large around here. Clear effective business sense up and down the chain.
Cons
-the company is still on the newer/younger side, things are still growing. things can be chaotic or wishy washy at times due to that. Benefits could stand to be a little better. Many Growing pains, good problem to have.
-individual roles can be a bit Pidgeon holed.
