Micro-managing. Being bullied. Made to feel inadequate about being able to do my job. Being too rushed with clients d/t not making the daily billable amount. Working longer than a eight hour shift to make the billable amount. Get called to carpet if you do not make the billable amount on a daily basis even though work supply is low. Middle management is not helpful in answering questions. No manual is given to the employee to look back for information needed for different types of insurance reports. Made to feel like a naughty child versus a registered nurse with many years of experience in the field of nursing. Would never advise someone to work there, ever.

Unattainable, ridiculous production goals Absolute lack of management support - totally nonexistent - management does NOT CARE about their employees - only about meeting production CANNOT get job done and meet untenable goals in 8 hour/day - don't get paid OT if not meeting goal - in order to meet goal - end up working for free TOTAL CRAP HEALTH INSURANCE (GPA now Imagine360 - PCHS provider network) HORRENDOUS - NO ONE accepts it - puts all the work back on the employee to find care providers - WORTHLESS, Confusing and Frustrating! HIGH turnover Recently acquired by new investment firm - unknown future changes
