      1. Excellent products and company is growing fast year over year 2. Family-owned business that is very closed-knit 3. Very good career growth opportunities 4. Work-Life balance is amazing. 5. Solid management and leadership team

      1. Technology is slightly older 2. The photonics industry is not as appealing to youngsters as some other electronics industries

      Pros

      Small family business with a small family feel. The company recognizes birthdays, has quarterly BBQ's and team builders. Everyone works as a team, which creates a very positive work environment. Management has an open door and are approachable.

      There are no cons. I have had a very positive experience with the company.

      Nice manager, nice coworkers, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Employees with lower income don't like the ones with higher salaries. They basically think that they are underpaid and don't value having a professional degree.
