The New York branches have their priorities mixed up. Money goes to menial things in the perspective as an employee such as decor and new positions while I do not make enough to survive while working 43-50 hours a week (salary based on 40 hours). If my rent were to go up 400 dollars, I would be homeless within two months. Employees realize that Leadcar inherited a messy business from the previous company and realize that the antiquated pay plans are nothing compared to what other companies have to offer employees who are passionate about the industry. There is hope in Leadcar's future, but they have a long way to go and the company is bound to break a lot more eggshells to get there. Leadcar is a wonderful place to be, but cover your bases and ensure that you can live comfortably with the salary offered. I will forever cherish the people and relationships I have made in these stores, but the end result is not worth the heart and soul you put in to work for the COMPANIES growth.
