Management will help you achieve your goals. Company likes to promote from within whenever possible. Team members are great and love what they do. Everyone is willing to help when there's an issue.
Cons
Low pay for the work you do. Workloads could be very heavy.
No diversity and inclusion training for employees (unless you were management)

LCS is great for starting your software development career. You’ll get valuable experience that you can leverage to help find a higher paying job when you’re ready. They started as a small company but have grown significantly recently so it can still have that small company feel at times. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of diversity. At one point, the team I worked on consisted of roughly 60% minorities and a 50-50 split between men and women.
Cons
There’s definitely a group of insiders that have been with the company since before they rapidly expanded and it can feel like there’s some favoritism amongst them. Pay is pretty low comparatively. Some of the managers are hard to work for.
