      Pros

      I was given plenty of work to do, trusted to make changes on my own in the codebase. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you figure out what the code does or give you pointers in the right direction.

      Cons

      Forced to be in the office on specific days, no full-time work from home

      Pros

      Hours are flexible as long as you work 8 a day. You can take a short lunch or come an hour late and stay an hour late. Great team enviornment. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Felt a bit like I was being thrown in the deep end and expected to find my way around when first starting.
