You wear many hats in this role, and it can take time to find your rhythm; speaking from experience after moving from a Community Coordinator to Community Manager within 7 months. Communication is really important here; having a good line of communication with upper management, mentors, and sister center(s) makes a big difference in how supported you feel. High expectations comes with wearing many hats (both as a CC or CM), so it's important to set clear goals for the day/week and lean on your support system for assistance/guidance. Even with the incentive structure, I think the base pay could be more competitive. Turnover can be a challenge in some locations, but maintaining a good team culture and leadership support helps balance that out.

Lucid has been growing significantly and so there are a few growing pains (Developing processes, updates during meetings, moving locations, etc.) But this is such a good thing in the long run, as long as one has the ability to adapt to their situation, they will be fine!
